Al-Bilad Bank won the Quality and Excellence in Banking Operations Award, presented by Standard Chartered Bank, in recognition of the bank’s outstanding operational performance in the area of wire transfers, thereby winning this prestigious award in its highest category for 2014.

During a special reception held at Al-Bilad Bank’s headquarters in Riyadh, Rahul Bhushan, Regional Head of Transaction Products, and Hassan Qambar, Regional Head of Banking Services for the Middle East (representatives of Standard Chartered Bank), presented the award to Al-Bilad Bank CEO Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Jasser, in the presence of Executive Director of Business Operations Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Anizan, General Manager of Corporate Banking Saleh bin Sulaiman Al-Habib, Head of Financial Institutions and International Trade Services Fahad bin Hammad Al-Anzi, and Head of Financial Institutions Taj al-Din Abdulhamid Muhammad. On this occasion, Mr. Rahul Bhushan, Regional Head of Transaction Products at Standard Chartered Bank, said: «Al-Bilad Bank has demonstrated a high level of capability in achieving outstanding standards in banking operations.»
