The General Authority for State Properties , through the “Intifaa” platform, has presented two investment opportunities to property owners in the Riyadh region and Jeddah Governorate, to provide a suitable property (administrative, residential) for the Ministry of Investment and the Presidency of the Royal Guard.
This comes in implementation of the procedures contained in the State Property Leasing System, Article Eight, which stipulated that the General Authority for State Properties shall announce through its digital portal “Intifaa” the desire to lease a property for the benefit of government agencies.
The State Properties Authority clarified that the deadline for applying for these opportunities is April 25, and invited those wishing to learn more about the rental opportunities and apply for them to visit its website.
