The General Authority for State Real Estate has announced, via the "Intifaq" platform, offering eight new opportunities for property owners to provide real estate suitable for the needs of government agencies, including seven opportunities in the capital, Riyadh, and one in the province of Jeddah, with varying office spaces and technical specifications depending on each opportunity.

This comes in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 8 of the State Real Estate Leasing Law, which stipulates that the General Authority for State Real Estate shall announce, via its digital portal "Intifa",” its intention to lease real estate for the benefit of government agencies.

The Authority clarified that these opportunities are for the following government agencies: the Ministry of Investment, the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority, the Global Center for Sustainable Tourism in Diriyah Province, the General Authority for Roads, the Fund for Martyrs, the Injured, Prisoners, and Missing Persons, the National Center for Water Efficiency and Conservation, the Royal Institute for Traditional Arts, and the Royal Guard Command.
