Dar & Emaar has allocated SAR 20 million for the afforestation of the Saraya Al Narjis community, as part of its social responsibility towards the beneficiaries of the integrated community, and to ensure the quality of life of the beneficiaries.
Dar and Emaar's contribution is one of the efforts to achieve the objectives of the “Green Riyadh" project, which is considered the largest integrated and comprehensive urban afforestation project in the world, which leads to raising the per capita green area and increasing the percentage of total green areas, through intensive afforestation, to contribute to improving air quality and reducing temperatures.

Saraya Al Narjis is one of four residential communities that Dar & Emaar is developing for beneficiaries of the "Residential" program under its partnership with the Ministry of Municipality, Rural Affairs, Housing and National Housing, in Riyadh, Eastern Province, Medina and Jeddah, with a total number of 4,500 units of various categories and a total area of over 2 million square meters.Saraya Al Narjis is one of four residential communities that Dar & Emaar is developing for beneficiaries of the "Residential" program.
