This is extremely dangerous due to the dire consequences that ensue simplythe customer discloses their personal data and personal account credentials, they are exposed to fraudand exploitation, given how easily others can access this information. It is also possible thatbe used to issue electronic promissory notes or exploited for any other purpose and there is no system that allowsthird parties to obtain usernames and passwords for government and private systems; rather,all agencies have been warning users not to fall for such scams.
It is our duty to warn against such abuses targeting customers and to emphasizethat no real estate broker, real estate agency, or property ownerto obtain their clients" personal identifiers except as permitted by law.
