The Board of Directors of the Saudi Authority for Certified Residents that it will hold its fourth ordinary general assembly meeting virtually (remotely), inviting full and associate members to attend at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, 2/11/1444 AH, corresponding to 5/22/2023 AD.
The meeting will include a vote on three main items, including: Approval of the Board of Directors" annual report on the Authority’s activities for the year 2022 AD, approval of the Authority’s final financial statements for the fiscal year 2022 AD, as well as the appointment of an external auditor and the determination of the auditor’s fees.

Thethe Saudi Authority for Certified Valuers that voting and attendance at the meeting are limited to full and associate members holding valid memberships, and members will be able to vote electronically via their member accounts on the Qimma electronic system starting today, Sunday, 24/10/1444 AH, corresponding to 14/5/2023 AD.
