The number of rental transactions in the Medina region exceeded 7,000 residential and commercial rental transactions during April 2023.

It was revealed that The Rental Index issued by the electronic rental services network “Ejar” in integration with the Sakani platform, revealed that the Medina region recorded more than 7,900 rental transactions last April, with residential rental listings reaching 7,820 transactions for apartment units, at an average value of 13,681 riyals, and 31 rental transactions for “Dour” units at an average of 53,600 riyals, while residential villa units recorded 24 rental transactions with an average value of 48,500 riyals.

The “commercial” rental market in Madinah recorded more than 1,000 rental transactions, with commercial showrooms accounting for 117 rental transactions at an average of 400 riyals per square meter, while retail stores recorded 990 transactions at an average of 652 riyals per square meter, and commercial offices recorded 47 rental transactions at an average of 160 riyals per square meter.
