Aqari Real Estate Marketing Company - a subsidiary of Salman bin Abdullah bin Saeedan Real Estate - has completed the sale of all investment plots in the Al Hamra Pearl scheme in Buraydah. The Al Hamra scheme varies between residential, commercial, and multi-storey investment lands, as it includes 55 plots with areas starting from 600 square meters. All investment plots are suitable for furnished apartments, residential units for rental, and retail activities in the city of Buraydah, which is witnessing economic activity and growth in demand for specialized products in some economic sectors, hotel operation and the retail sector.

On this occasion, Salman bin Abdullah bin Saeedan, Chairman of the Group, said: We are well aware that the investment real estate market in Buraydah is an emerging market, but very promising. Therefore, despite our keenness to transfer our experience in managing and launching real estate auctions in Riyadh, we believe that investment in the region should focus on providing real estate products that suit the needs of development and expansion in the retail sector witnessed by Qassim in general and Buraydah in particular.

Salman Bin Abdullah Bin Saeedan, President of the Group, said. Bin Saeedan pointed out that the group is continuing to diversify its investment in the real estate development, marketing and real estate auction management sectors in all Saudi cities that need such real estate diversity in product and management, pointing out that the group is already moving outside the capital to diversify its expertise between Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Al-Mazahmiyah, Buraidah and Jazan.

Bin Saeedan pointed out. It should be noted that the strategic location of the plan allowed it to easily reach many service and commercial facilities such as Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, Women and Childbirth Hospital, Al Othaim Mall, Breda Chamber of Commerce, Al Hassoun Center, Mubarak Style Center, Jarir Library, Al Omari Center, in addition to being close to the Sahara Housing Project which includes 3000 housing units and other commercial centers.
