The Al Hamra scheme varies between residential, commercial, and multi-storey investment lands, as it includes 55 plots with areas starting from 600 square meters. All investment plots are suitable for furnished apartments, residential units for rental, and retail activities in the city of Buraydah, which is witnessing economic activity and growth in demand for specialized products in some economic sectors, hotel operation and the retail sector.
