<a style="color: #800000;" href="https://modon.gov.sa/ar/Pages/default.The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones "MODON“ 98 ready-made factories in Jeddah worth 100 million riyals, within the project launched by the Authority with its strategic partner ”MASK Logistics“, while the number of ready-made factories reached 1200 factories, while the percentage of female ownership in some major cities reaches 10% and the percentage varies from one city to another.

On this occasion, Eng. Majed Al Arqoubi, CEO of MODON, explained that during the past years, MODON has been able to provide an innovative investment environment through which it attracted national and foreign investments, where the number of operating factories reached 5926 factories and 290 logistics facilities with a cumulative investment volume of more than 405 billion riyals. This is to contribute more to diversifying the sources of national income and achieving the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030 and the objectives of the National Industrial Strategy to reach a sustainable industrial economy and an attractive environment for investment.

He pointed out that the launch of the Montajun 3 project in the third industrial zone in Jeddah, with 98 factories and an area of more than 92,000 square meters, is a new stage of expansion in the public-private partnership, to be a support and ally through a successful partnership with the largest and first strategic partner in the development and operation of ready-made factory projects.

<Al-Omeir added that prefabricated factories would facilitate the entry of industrialists into production in record time, enhance the value chain, serve business sustainability and meet the aspirations of investors, especially pioneers and entrepreneurs, in addition to facilitating the attraction of global investments. He pointed out that the private sector is the main driver in the development and implementation of these products.
