The Riyadh Chamber, represented by its Information Center, has launched a suite of services that includes inquiries regarding commercial agencies, commercial reputation, and the commercial registry, in addition to a business opportunities data service and a tender database search, along with a range of other information services related to government departments and local and global commercial transactions. This initiative aims to strengthen the role of institutions, serve the business sector, and maximize its contribution to the national economy.
The commercial agency inquiry service provides information on the local agent of the agency in the Kingdom, In addition, the commercial reputation inquiry service is provided by the Center through an international company specializing in corporate reputation worldwide, which supplies the Center with a detailed report containing comprehensive information about the company. Accessing this service requires submitting a formal request containing specific information about the company in question. The Center also markets the Chamber’s publications at nominal prices with the aim of utilizing these publications as channels for information exchange by gifting or exchanging them with government agencies and diplomatic missions.
The Center also offers a search service for economic information databases in its library, a service provided through an advanced automated system. Additionally, the Center provides a search service for the tenders and circulars database, publishing tenders and circulars received by the Chamber from the government or private sector as soon as they arrive. Additionally, it offers a search service in the subscriber database by activity, as it contains all data on Chamber subscribers and allows searches by subscriber information and address.
The Center provides a feature for displaying business opportunity data, through which the Center periodically publishes and communicates business opportunities to members and beneficiaries via the Chamber’s website and the e-newsletter. This allows beneficiaries to stay informed about the Chamber’s key services—both ongoing and temporary—such as local and international economic news, as well as events and activitiesorganized or hosted by the Chamber. Access to this service requires registration via the Chamber’s website. The Center also offers a detailed commercial registry inquiry service for establishments registered with the Chamber, providing information such as the type of establishment, licensed activity, owner’s name and nationality, commercial registry number, and the establishment’s address.
The Center provides users with the Kingdom’s laws and regulations, which include the most important laws in force in the Kingdom issued by royal decrees and orders, as well as some important regulations and rules issued by the Council of Ministers, and data and statistics services issued by official authorities in the Kingdom, such as statistics on the Kingdom’s exports and imports, as well as the Annual Statistical Yearbook, as well as customs tariff and customs clearance procedures through the Customs Tariff Book and other sources, in addition to statistics on trade between the Kingdom and all countries worldwide.
