The Riyadh region topped the list of lawsuits received by the enforcement courts in electronic commercial papers “promissory note”, with 62,017 requests, representing 56.4 percent of the total lawsuits, which amounted to about 110,000 lawsuits (320 days) from the beginning of the Hijri year, with a daily average of about 344 enforcement requests.
The number of lawsuits in the Makkah region reached 17,333 requests, and in the Eastern region, 10,031 requests.
The application of the Personal Status Law has had positive effects on society as well as on judicial work, as it has achieved stability in judicial rulings and the ability to predict rulings.
