The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) has signed a contract with Dar Al-Bandar International (Landmark Arabia) to build an integrated center covering an area of 150,000 square meters with a permitted height of 25 meters, to house warehousing facilities, administrative offices for the business, and related operations in Sudair City for Industry and Business. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to attract major logistics companies to the Kingdom’s industrial cities.
The contract, which represents the first phase of the collaboration, was signed by Madin’s General Manager, Engineer Saleh Al-Rashid, and Prince Bandar bin Saud bin Khalid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Landmark Arabia. The contract for the second phase, covering an additional 300,000 square meters with a permitted height of 45 meters, is expected to be signed next year. This phase will feature an automated storage and distribution system for drum storage.
