The Ministry of Justice canceled a deed that was applied to a government land with an area of 35 million square meters in Al-Kharj Governorate due to the irregularity of its issuance, as the Supreme Court issued its decision to overturn this deed.

This comes in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz to return any land that was applied to a public facility in an irregular manner, and to categorically prohibit the application of sukuk on any public facilities as they belong to every citizen and may not be turned into private property under any pretext.
