The Real Estate Housing Incubator, in partnership with the Real Estate Data Platform, launched the first real estate search engine “ReBrain” in conjunction with the launch of Real Estate Brokerage System at the beginning of the Hijri year, and the platform targeted the details of the system and fines for violators and access to updated and accurate information in a simple and convenient way.
On this occasion, Ribreen's CEO Al-Aboudi bin Abdullah stated that the real estate search engine is a social responsibility in this regulatory transition phase to enhance the reliability and accessibility of the systems information to become a basic starting point for future decision-making, and to enhance transparency and credibility in the real estate sector.

For his part, the technical director of the engine, Mr. Abdulaziz Al Jumai'ah, confirmed that the team has built an advanced search engine that uses a pioneering algorithm to mine the required information from huge amounts of data and details related to the regulations and legislation of the Public Authority for Real Estate.
Reprin aims to become more than just a search engine to accompany the parties to the real estate process (broker, owner, buyer or tenant) to provide information real estate regulations with ease, and enable users to achieve their real estate goals more effectively and confidently.
