The National Housing Company (NHC) launched three residential projects in the Sudaym suburb, the newest residential suburb in Jeddah Governorate, which was inaugurated on July 17, 2023, as part of a series of projects developed by the company in cooperation with the private sector, to provide a new concept of housing within integrated facilities and services that are characterized by quality of life.
Mian Project
Among the projects launched by the company is the "Mian" project, which covers an area of 117,000 square meters, with up to 458 residential units under construction of the “villa” type with modern designs and various spaces, in partnership with Makkioun Developers and Urbanists Company.
Launch of the Areej project
It also launched the “Areej” project on an area exceeding 62,057 thousand square meters, providing 238 residential units under construction of the “villa” type, which comes in partnership with Maya Real Estate Development and Investment Company.
"Weaving Nebula" Project
It also launched the "Nassaj Sadaim" project, which will provide 352 villa-type residential units and extend over an area of more than 100,000 square meters, according to the highest quality standards in a residential environment with integrated services and facilities, in partnership with Retal Urban Development Company.
It is worth mentioning that the National Housing Company is launching, for the first time, a housing project in which sales are available to beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries of housing support, with special and distinctive prices offered to those eligible for support and registered in the Sakani program and the Real Estate Development Fund. The company also announced the provision of financing offers with exclusive rates on housing units in cooperation with a number of local banks, in addition to housing support packages ranging between 100-150 thousand riyals, according to easy and convenient electronic procedures.
Providing more than 8,000 housing units in the Sadaim suburb
The Sudaym suburb extends over a total area of more than 3.8 million square meters, and provides more than 8,000 residential units ranging from villas, apartments and townhouses, which are distinguished by architectural designs inspired by the analysis of the Hijazi identity to build a climatic environment that achieves comfort and luxury for more than 45,000 people. It is also located in a strategic location east of the Lakes City and near the Red Sea coast and many main services and important future projects.
The suburb also offers a modern concept of quality of life with integrated facilities and services including mosques, health centers, educational facilities and shops, in addition to a central park and an 8 km long sports track, to facilitate access to all services surrounded by green spaces, vital facilities and amenities, and provide them with an innovative and vibrant environment.
