Voluntary Initiatives and community participation, which is considered a national duty and social commitment, and is said to be a high human behavior to promote community interest by providing a helping hand, assistance and empowerment to community members and societies directly or indirectly and is one of the main pillars that create a united society to achieve success to benefit the nation.
Voluntary Initiatives One of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, which set three strategic goals for the non-profit sector to be shared by various entities, namely supporting the growth of the non-profit sector, enabling non-profit organizations to achieve a deeper impact, and encouraging volunteerism.
<From these principles, we have seen an encouraging movement of the <a style="color: #800000;" href=“https://amlak.net. After going through regulations and legislation worked on by the General Authority for Real Estate, and with the start of imposing the real estate brokerage license ”Val", community initiatives were launched to support newly experienced and novice individual real estate brokers, which aims to raise professional competence and benefit from previous experiences and promote concepts and information. Previous experiences, concepts and information that increase efficiency in the field of marketing, brokerage and deal-making, which will be a compass guiding the roadmap for this sector for beginners, and will contribute to providing them with information and skills that will enhance sustainability and achieve the desired goals for them.
We also hope that these real estate initiatives will receive attention and care from the concerned authorities, chambers of commerce, companies and banks, contain, regulate and legislate them, and be within seasonal plans and programs to contribute to empowerment and sustainability, which will enhance the spirit of initiative and community participation in this promising sector.
