The Saudi Institution of Engineers held its 19th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, which was held virtually yesterday, to present and discuss the approved topics, which included the annual report for 2022, the final accounting for 2022, and the appointment of the external accountant for 2023, with the participation of the main members of the organization (Saudi male and female engineers), as the meeting aims to participate and vote on the topics raised at the meeting.

Member of the Saudi Institution of Engineers said that the meeting was organized by the Saudi Institution of Engineers (SAE). <Ahmed Al-Sheikh, member of the Saudi Board of Engineers, explained that the Board is continuously working to achieve its goals set during the past year in order to achieve the highest practices and levels towards the engineering field in the Kingdom, seeking through its development plans that concern its members, engineers, technicians, specialists and students of engineering programs to achieve the comprehensive and sustainable development of the engineering sector and enhance the system of quality of life targets, adding that the Board will work to continue to excel and make more efforts to provide the best engineering services that will constitute one of the important enablers to keep pace with the Kingdom's economic growth and development. <For his part, the Secretary General of the Saudi Council of Engineers, Engineer Abdulnasser Al-Abdullatif, added that the Authority is a key pillar to support the engineering sectors to participate in building and achieving the aspirations of the citizen and the entire nation, stressing the importance of supporting and upgrading the capabilities of its members and providing them with technical and professional skills that contribute to raising the efficiency of their performance towards contributing to various engineering development projects through the specialized training programs provided by the Authority, praising the efforts of national engineering cadres who work alongside the Authority and also in various engineering sectors by activating and implementing professional programs and initiatives to enhance and develop the engineering sector.
