Today marks the 93rd anniversary of Saudi National Day, the day on which the Kingdom was united under the leadership of His Majesty the Founding King Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God have mercy on him, and has carried the banner of advancement and development from the day of establishment. The real estate sector as a civilized aspect of the Kingdom's development and urbanization, and sought to achieve the comfort and well-being of its people, a goal that was achieved by the real estate boom in the Kingdom, which resulted in an increasing desire of citizens to live in new cities, the influx of foreign workers and the expansion of international investments.
Cities expanded and the number of people living in them increased. Each of our great kings put his clear imprint on the development of the real estate sector, reflecting the march of great development, from mud houses to high-rise towers, which testifies to the Kingdom's ancient past, matched by an inspiring present and a dazzling future.
The new imprint of the real estate boom in Saudi Arabia, which was the most prominent element of luxury housing characterized by spaciousness and preservation of authenticity, was a clear reflection of the great development of the real estate sector, from mud houses to high-rise towers. <Perhaps the new imprint in the real estate market under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was different from previous imprints; today, this anniversary coincides with a prominent position for the real estate sector, which is witnessing unprecedented institutional, legal and administrative organization, represented by the establishment of a specialized real estate authority, the issuance of dozens of legal laws and regulations, the digitization of real estate wealth in the Kingdom through the real estate registry, the modernization of electronic deeds and electronic real estate emptying, the regulation of the real estate brokerage profession and the provision of real estate services, the launch of the real estate exchange platform, the first of its kind in the world Real estate has the right to be proud that it will remain an eternal symbol of the renaissance and development of the Kingdom, and we as real estate professionals have the right to be proud of our leadership and our people, to send them our best congratulations and blessings on this occasion, and to reassure them that real estate is fine and will remain fine as long as it receives this generous care from our leadership and our state institutions.
