The number of agencies issued by notaries for the private sector and financial transactions reached about 263.1 thousand commercial agencies, since the beginning of 2023, with a daily average of 741 agencies issued.
According to the statistics, notary publics in the Riyadh region led with 43 percent of the total of these agencies, by issuing about 113 thousand agencies, followed by the Mecca region with 91108 agencies, and the Eastern region with 28393 agencies. The number of agencies issued by notaries in Qassim region reached 7712 agencies, followed by Asir with 7525 agencies, and Medina with 6475 agencies.

<Notaries in Jazan region recorded the issuance of 2230 agencies. The number of powers of attorney recorded by notaries in Hail region reached 1966, followed by Tabuk with 1697, Al-Jouf with 959, Northern Borders with 841, and Najran with 819. Al-Baha region recorded the lowest number of commercial agencies for the private sector with 201 agencies since the beginning of this year.
