Real estate owners in 7 neighborhoods in Riyadh urged to quickly register in the Real Estate Registry

The deadline ends January 29, 2024 and registration is required via the Land Registry platform or beneficiary service centers

<The General Real Estate Authority (GRA) has called on property owners in the neighborhoods of: (Al Ghadeer, Al Nafl, Al Wadi, Al Murooj, Al Masyaf, Al Taawun, Al Izdhar) in Riyadh to register their properties in the “Real Estate Registry“, as the registration period ends next Monday, Rajab 17, 1445 AH corresponding to January 29, 2024 AD.

The General Authority for Real Estate explained that the first registration of properties in these neighborhoods is done through the electronic real estate registry platform.

Neighborhoods benefiting from the Riyadh Land Registry

<Owners of residential, commercial and other properties in the seven beneficiary neighborhoods must submit the first in-kind registration application, accompanied by the documents proving the property (an electronic deed issued by the Ministry of Justice, complete with data that meets the conditions of ownership, a valid ID, and a proxy if the applicant is an agent for the owner), while the Authority confirmed that the registration processes in the real estate registry continue in (54 neighborhoods) in Riyadh and one neighborhood each in Dammam and Medina until 18 Ramadan 1445 H corresponding to March 28, 2024 AD, including the following neighborhoods of Riyadh: Al Hamra, Al Shuhada, Cordoba, Imam Mohammed bin Saud University, Al Andalus, King Faisal, Granada, Al Nahda, Al Nahda, Al Khaleej, Seville, Al Yarmouk, Al Munisiyah, Al Maizilah, Al Qadisiyah, Al Qadisiyah, Al Hazm, Al Zahra, Al Suwaidi Al Gharbi, Al Araija Middle, Al Araija West, Al Awali, Dhahrat Al Badeiya, Laban), the Shula neighborhood in the city of Dammam, and the Al Aqool neighborhood in Medina.

Registering properties through the Land Registry platform

<The authority explained that property owners in these neighborhoods can register their properties through Real Estate Registry Platform or visit the “Real Estate Registry Beneficiary Service Centers” in the Royal Mall in Riyadh, ”Economic Gate“ in Dammam, and ”Medina Municipality Customer Service Center Branch in Alia Center“ in Medina throughout the working days from 9 am to 5 pm, as these centers are equipped to provide support to the beneficiaries in registering their properties. In addition to the unified number for inquiries 199002, which has been allocated to answer any inquiries or follow-up requests, and to facilitate the registration process, beneficiaries wishing to visit the customer service centers can book an appointment through the official website of the Land Registry:
