The Roshen Group, as a main sponsor of the “Restatex Riyadh” exhibition, participated to showcase its latest projects, advance the real estate sector, and contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. Roshen was honored by His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, during the ceremony, and the award was received by Abdulrahman Al-Maghrabi, Executive General Manager of Partnerships.
Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition
The “Restatex Riyadh” exhibition, held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center from February 18 to 21, was a great success for the Roshen Group, as it provided the opportunity to showcase the “Sidra” and ”Warfa” projects in Riyadh to exhibition participants, including potential partners, investors, and clients, as
visitors to Roshen’s booth at the exhibition were able to learn the finest details about “Sidra” and “Warfa” and were introduced to the group’s unique vision, which focuses on people and sustainability, by integrating essential amenities, recreational facilities, green public spaces, pedestrian-only streets, and heritage-inspired smart buildings to create integrated communities that enhance quality of life and meet the aspirations of all residents. The Group’s booth featured interactive display screens, a master model of the ”Warfa” project, and a model of the the distinctive “Vibrant Street” concept developed by the Group in its communities, as well as four house models representing a range of designs available across Roshen’s various destinations.
The Sidra Project
Sidra is Roshen’s most prominent project and the flagship community that has brought the Group’s vision to life in the Kingdom. It is being developed in eight phases and will add more than 30,000 residential units to the housing supply in Riyadh. Sidra is adjacent to the renowned shopping and business destination "Roshon Front," “Warfa,“ on the other hand, is Roshen’s newest project in Riyadh, set to enrich the promising eastern part of the city by offering a new and vibrant community lifestyle.
Like all Roshen projects, both Sidra and Warfa are designed to harmonize with their surrounding environment and culture, so that their public spaces and facilities complement existing natural landmarks and blend seamlessly with the community’s urban fabric.
