Regulation on Licenses for Excavations
. The terms and conditions of this regulation apply to the coordination of public utility work services for issuing licenses for excavations within the urban area of the city under the supervision of the municipality through a coordination service for all work related to excavations, in coordination with the relevant authorities."
The Umm Al-Qura newspaper stated in its issue issued yesterday, Friday. The Umm Al-Qura newspaper published the text of the decision approved by the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, as follows:

ﻭﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺣﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﻮﻟﺔ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﺎ; ﻭﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺧﺘﺼﺎﺻﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺩﺓ (5) ﻣﻦ ﻣﻦ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺎت ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺮﻯ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮﺳﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮﺳﻮﻡ ﻭﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ (M/5) ﻭﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ 21/22/1397 AH, ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺎﺩﺓ (48) ﻣﻦ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻨﺺ ﺗﻨﺺ ﻋﻠﻰ: (ﻳﺼﺪﺭ ﻭﺯﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﺸﺆﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺮﻭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﻮﺍﺋﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳﺔ ﻟﻬﺬﺍ ﻟﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﻟﻠﻤﺴؤﻮﻟﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﻁ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺮﻯ), ﻭﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﻭﺑﻨﺎﺀ ﺃﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺇﺟﺮﺍﺀﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﺧﻴﺺ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﺧﻴﺺ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﺭ Royal Decree (M/95) ﺑﺘﺎﺭﻳﺦ 23/9/1435 AH.
Decides the following:
First: ﺍﻋﺘﻤﺎﺩ does not have the same name as ﺗﺮﺍﺧﻴﺺ ﺍﻟﺤﻔﺮﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺭ.
Second: ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ الأﻣﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﻄﺔ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻴﺪ ﺑﻬﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻼﺋﺤﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺒﻬﺎ.
