The Dubai Land Department, represented by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, has signed two partnership agreements with “Property Finder” , ”Bayut Web Publishing,” and ”Dubizzle,” with the aim of empowering Emirati talent and raising awareness in the real estate sector in the Emirate of Dubai, by providing an exceptional real estate training environment to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction, and to elevate services in accordance with best practices and standards in this field.
The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the Real Estate Empowerment Workshop held by Dubai Land Department on Monday, March 4, 2024, in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, which hosted a number of events and workshops in collaboration with the UAE Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, the UAE Human Resources Competitiveness Council (NAFAS), the Community Development Authority, and the main sponsor, Emaar, with the participation of a number of real estate companies, including Property Finder, Bayut Web Publishing, and Dubizzle.
Empowering citizens is a top priority
His Excellency Marwan bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, emphasized that empowering citizens in the real estate market is a top priority for the department, in line with the wise leadership’s directives aimed at integrating Emiratis and tripling the number of Emirati employees in the private sector, in accordance with the Dubai Social Agenda 33 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, thereby achieving qualitative leaps in employment, capacity building, and individual initiatives for every citizen. He added: “Our partnership with these leading organizations in their respective fields reflects our commitment to providing specialized training and development opportunities for citizens, aimed at enhancing their capabilities and equipping them with the necessary skills to actively participate in the process of comprehensive and sustainable development.”
The partnership agreements include contributing to the development of citizens“ competencies in the real estate sector and driving them toward excellence in this field, as well as granting citizens who have recently been licensed as real estate brokers the opportunity to market their properties through the ”Property Finder,” ”Bayut,” and ”Dubizzle“ free of charge for the first year, as well as raising awareness among real estate investors, property owners, and all those concerned with real estate matters and issues through awareness campaigns and the promotion of real estate knowledge.
Providing the necessary support to train high-caliber professionals

Under the agreements, we will work to develop and implement training programs specifically for Emirati nationals that support the Emiratization initiative, ensuring their employment or the establishment of their own businesses, as well as organizing seminars, workshops, and real estate conferences aimed at discussing issues related to the real estate market, highlighting the sector’s current status, and developing smart and digital services in the emirate’s real estate sector.
