The Diriyah Gate Development Authority announced, has announced the start of the final phase of the process for disbursing compensation to property owners whose properties were expropriated in parts of the neighborhoods (Al-Khuzami, Al-Nakheel, and Arqa), in accordance with the guidelines issued in this regard and in line with the evacuation plans that have been communicated to property owners and their representatives.
In a statement, the Authority called on all property owners to take the initiative to complete the compensation procedures and requirements or to fulfill any missing requirements, if any, in accordance with what was previously communicated by the Authority’s representatives.
The Diriyah Gate Development Authority reiterated the importance of obtaining information from official sources, expressing its thanks and gratitude to everyone for their continued cooperation and contribution to the progress of this project since its inception, so that it may become a towering cultural edifice and a prominent landmark in our generous homeland.
