<a style="color: #800000;" href="https://istitlaa.ncc.gov.sa/ar/Labor/Hrsd/regulation5/Pages/default.Social responsibility is a key pillar in the real estate sector, whose employees are known for their generosity, generosity, giving and understanding the circumstances of others; which earned it a special economic advantage, as a necessary pillar that cannot be dispensed with by man (individual or institution); so the need for it has become urgent and visible, no matter how hard the defaulters and low-income people try to hide it out of prudence.
<From this point of view, the real estate sector and related sectors have assumed their responsibility to alleviate the burden of people's questions with a number of initiatives and programs by providing thousands of houses for the most needy families and owning them; whether governmental, institutional or individual initiatives, for example, in the current month of Ramadan, the Development Housing Foundation announced "Sakani“ announced that it would provide more than 10,000 housing units, and has been able to provide 1,362 housing units so far, and in the same context, the emirs of the regions launched the ”Good Regions“ campaign, sensing the importance of humanitarian work and enhancing the spirit of initiative in them to help their brothers between the hammer of hardship and the anvil of escalating rental costs day after day.
<The good news of social responsibility comes to us with the breath of every Ramadan as a strong season for donations without harm or benefit, this is the ”Ihsan“ platform, within 10 days the ceiling of the support of benefactors reached more than 6 billion riyals, the numbers will be an incentive for everyone to have a share in the reward and reward by drawing a smile on the face of families that have been crippled by the cost of rent Ihsan went further in direct charitable work to establish service facilities, such as Al-Salam Hospital in Medina, which will be a milestone in charitable work and a destination for those in need of health care.
Here we aspire to multiple colors and forms of activating social responsibility in the real estate sector, by holding workshops and presenting specialized papers on this aspect and the most successful ways to help those targeted by home ownership and the ideal ways to develop a charitable matrix to support the installments of those who wish to buy; especially since the middle-income classes fall between the two lines of stumbling and trying to fulfill which may disturb the family budget.
We hope that Ihsan will go beyond this direct charitable work to establish service facilities; such as Al-Salam Hospital in Medina, which will be a milestone in charitable work and a destination for the targeted people who need health care.
