Khobar Governorate has been listed as a smart city for 2024, ranking 99th, after the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) announced its inclusion, making it the fifth Saudi city to join Riyadh, Mecca, Medina and Jeddah, as a result of the efforts and progress witnessed by the Kingdom in this vital sector and reflects the harvest of Saudi Vision 2030 to achieve the aspirations of our wise leadership.
