The General Real Estate Authority, is offering real estate advertising licensing service for real estate brokers, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop and improve the real estate sector in the Kingdom.

This service aims to raise the efficiency of real estate advertising and facilitate the customer's experience in establishing a real estate advertising license. <This service aims to raise the efficiency of real estate advertising and facilitate the customer's experience in creating a real estate advertising license. This service also allows real estate brokers to obtain real estate advertising licensing packages according to their needs and the number of advertisements they wish to publish, according to certain controls and conditions set by the Authority to regulate real estate advertising activity.

To benefit from this service, real estate brokers must be established brokers and have a valid license. The process is done by accessing the Authority's platform, selecting the appropriate package and paying the financial fee electronically, after that, the package is activated and the real estate broker can start publishing his real estate advertisements.

Advertising License Packages

The Authority offers three real estate advertising licensing packages for real estate brokers:

  • Real Estate Advertising Package (1), which allows the publication of 50 real estate advertisements.
  • Real Estate Ad Package (2), allows for 250 real estate ads.
  • Real Estate Ad Package (B), allows 150 real estate ads to be published.

Real Estate Advertising License Issuance Requirements

  • To publish a real estate ad, the following steps must be taken:

  • Register a brokerage contract (including marketing scope) with the property owner.
  • Issuing an advertising license that includes advertising data and paying the advertising license fee to the General Real Estate Authority.

Steps to issue a real estate advertising license:

  • Log in to the “e-Services of the General Real Estate Authority”.
  • Log in to the “e-Services of the General Real Estate Authority”.
  • Choose the role of “Individual Broker” or “Establishment Broker”.
  • Go to the “Real Estate Ads” page.
  • Click on “Create a real estate advertising license”.
  • Click on “Start Service”.
  • Select the brokerage contract issued in the previous step.
  • If the contract does not appear, please make sure the “Marketing” domain was selected during the contract issuance.
  • Click on “Proceed to next step”.
  • Enter all the information requested in the ad:
  • Property information
  • Advertising license information
  • Property Address
  • Click on “Continue to next step”.
  • Review the real estate advertising license data.
  • Review the real estate advertising license data.
  • Agree that the information is correct.
  • Pay the real estate advertising license fee (SAR 50)
  • Click on “Issue Real Estate Advertising License".
  • The real estate advertising license has been issued.
  • Please copy the advertisement number to be able to use it to publish the advertisement.

Real Estate Advertising Controls

In order to enhance the reliability of the market and reduce fictitious advertisements, the Board of Directors of the General Real Estate Authority issued in August "Real Estate Advertising Controls" which aims to reduce fictitious advertisements related to the real estate sector, enhancing its reliability and raising the level of credibility of the platforms involved in the advertisements.
