NEOM signs agreement with Marriott to open Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Trogina

NEOM” has signed an agreement with Marriott International to open the second Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Saudi Arabia.

NEOM“ explained in a statement issued Thursday that the hotel is scheduled to open in the Trojena region, NEOM’s mountain tourism destination located in the northwest of the country, and will offer a comprehensive retreat in a private world of luxury and exclusive experiences.

It noted that the hotel is expected to feature 60 spacious villas ranging from one to four bedrooms, and the planned facilities will also include a range of amenities, such as a spa and swimming pools.

She also noted that the project is expected to include apartments, chalets, retail stores, restaurants, entertainment areas, and other hospitality facilities, including a “W” hotel and a “GW Marriott” hotel.

Shadi Al-Hosh, Vice President of Development for the Middle East at Marriott International, said, “This signing represents a significant addition to our portfolio in Saudi Arabia, where we continue to see strong demand for our brands.”
