Several partnerships signed to develop cadres and increase localization rates in the municipal and housing sectors

The ministry signs four agreements with training institutions and companies to empower cadres and raise Emiratization rates in the municipal and housing sectors.

<The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing MOMRA has signed several agreements aimed at empowering national human cadres and raising the rates of Emiratization in the municipal and housing sectors, with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, the National Construction Academy, Tilal Real Estate Company and the Saudi Technical Institute for Electrical Services, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, where the Ministry was represented by the Undersecretary for Human Capacity Development, Turki bin Abdullah Al-Dubaikhi.

The Ministry was represented at the signing by Turki bin Abdullah Al-Dubaikhi. The first agreement signed with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) aims to activate means of joint cooperation by studying the current situation of the Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing sector, aligning training and qualification programs for the jobs targeted for the nationalization project, and cooperating in studying the feasibility of launching strategic partnerships to contribute to increasing training, qualification and localization opportunities and working to qualify national cadres in the sectors supervised by MOMRA.

The first agreement aims to cooperate with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC). It also aims to cooperate in exchanging experiences, knowledge and results of research and studies in the fields of training, qualification, localization and quality in the municipal and housing sectors, in order to serve the aspirations and common goals between the two parties, and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation was represented in this agreement by the Deputy Governor for Planning and Business Development, Reem Al-Muqbel.

<The second agreement signed with the Saudi Technical Institute for Electricity Services aims to cooperate in training and employing a number of job seekers, providing appropriate training opportunities and developing skills through advanced training programs to contribute to the development of specialized human capabilities in the sectors supervised by the Ministry. <The third agreement signed with the National Construction Academy seeks to develop human capital, raise the participation rate of Saudi youth and enable them to work in the municipal and housing sectors, hold workshops to support and stimulate training and skills development, follow up the trainee's journey after the training period and ensure that the results of the training process are measured. The fourth agreement, which was signed with Tilal Real Estate Company, works to raise the percentage of localization, contribute to creating suitable job and training opportunities and increase the percentage of contribution of national cadres in the real estate sector, where the company was represented by the Director of Operations Department, Mohammed Ahmed Al-Shuwaier.

<It is noteworthy that these agreements come within the framework of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing's work to establish strategic partnerships and embody integration between various government and private sectors, as part of joint efforts to develop human capabilities, raise skills and increase localization rates in various sectors that fall under the supervision of the Ministry.
