The CEO of the Infrastructure Projects Center , Engineer Fahad bin Sulaiman Al Bedah, explained that the assignment comes within the framework of unifying efforts with success partners to enhance work efficiency and upgrade infrastructure services, in addition to contributing to improving the urban landscape and raising the quality of services provided to residents and visitors of the region to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Al-Badah explained that the Center, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and the Riyadh Municipality have carried out a joint and qualitative work in the process of exercising jurisdiction and responsibilities between the two entities, which reflects the volume of cooperation and integration between all service agencies, which reflects positively on the quality of infrastructure projects, as well as coordination and integrated work to ensure the smooth exercise of jurisdiction.
Badah explained that the Center organized a meeting with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and the Riyadh Municipality. The Center has organized a series of training and awareness workshops, during which a detailed explanation of the controls, compliance and business licenses for infrastructure projects in the Riyadh region was provided, in addition to reviewing the best practices and procedures that contribute to raising the level of compliance and quality in the implementation of projects; the Center believes in enhancing the experience of service providers and contractors in projects.

It is worth mentioning that the center is working on issuing licenses gradually. Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center was established by a decision of the Council of Ministers on July 19, 2023, to improve the work of infrastructure projects, contribute to the efficiency of spending, enhance the quality of life, and improve the urban landscape; towards a sustainable infrastructure.
