With more than 100 exhibitors, Arabian Paper Expo kicks off in Dubai this September

With the participation of more than 100 exhibitors representing 45 countries around the world, the 2015 “Paper Arabia” exhibition, which specializes in the paper industry and related machinery in the Middle East and North Africa, from September 14 to 16 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The exhibition is sponsored by the Saudi Paper Group as the main sponsor and organized by Al-Fajr Information and Services Company.

Lamia Zafati, Director of “Paper Arabia,” said: “Leading players in the region’s paper industry will showcase the latest products and solutions across the entire paper production chain—from packaging to distribution, wholesale, and retail—during the three-day event.”

Now in its eighth edition, the exhibition attracts a select group of players in these fields. It provides opportunities for manufacturers and suppliers of finished products, equipment, and machinery, as well as producers of paper materials and other services, paper supplies, and tissues.

Over the course of three days, the exhibition discusses the state of the paper and tissue sector and the manufacturing industries in the Middle East, as well as the challenges currently facing the sector at a time when the Gulf region is a strong contender for advancement in the paper industry due to its economic cost advantages and fast delivery times, which surpass those of compared to other markets worldwide. The eighth edition of the exhibition coincides with the significant efforts being made by the UAE to establish itself as a leading hub in this sector, not only in the Middle East but also in Africa and Asia.
