It is noteworthy that starting from the date set for the start of registration, a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered, and the new title deed will include property data, descriptions, use, condition, rights, obligations and owner data, in addition to a unique “property number” for each real estate unit linked to the accurate geospatial information of real estate to be the basis for ownership registration, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.
