Saudi British Bank (SABB) was recently awarded the Best Online Customer Service Bank in the Kingdom for 2015 and the Best Corporate and Institutional Internet Services Bank in the Kingdom for 2015 by Global Finance Magazine. SABB was selected for these two awards by a global jury based on a set of criteria including the strength of its online customer service strategies, ability to attract customers, types of services and offerings, and the design and features of its website and mobile applications.
