Qassim Municipality represented by Oyun Al-Jawa Municipality, carried out 677 control rounds on buildings under construction during the second quarter of 2024, to ensure compliance with municipal instructions during construction work.

The tour resulted in the detection of 5 violations, represented by the failure to provide cleaning containers, exposed manhole covers, lack of cleanliness of the general site, lack of commitment to fencing the sites of buildings under construction, the number of construction licenses issued reached 22 applications, while the number of occupancy certificates reached 24 certificates. These control tours come within the municipality's efforts to reduce construction violations of all kinds and raise the compliance rate.
