Medina Municipality announced an investment opportunity to establish and operate a building for multiple uses, on an area exceeding 1200 square meters, on Sheikh Abdulazir bin Saleh Road in Medina, in order to contribute to the development and services provided in the region in a sustainable and innovative manner.

The Secretariat clarified that the contract period is 25 years and that the rent-free period is 10% of the contract period, and the date for opening bids is 8/20/2024 AD.

The Municipality invited investors wishing to benefit from the investment opportunity to review the conditions booklet, submit documents and follow the Municipality's accounts on social media sites.
