The the Al-Qassim Region Secretariat represented by the Municipality of Al-Ras Governorate 472 a building compliance certificate during the first half of 2024, aimed at enhancing the urban landscape and providing a healthy and sustainable built environment, in addition to 3,676 compliance inspection visits—which are part of the periodic monitoring process to ensure ongoing compliance—during which 256 building permits were approved, 7 technical reports were issued, and 151 work completion certificates were issued.

The Secretariat affirmed that its efforts to address visual pollution and improve the quality of life in the governorate are ongoing, in order to achieve the objectives of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
