I don't think that the applications have reached the stage of competing with real estate offices, but they can be a second option after real estate offices to provide a service to the marketer, the buyer and even the real estate owner who benefits from the service of the applications.

The pros of these applications are that they reduce the time and effort for real estate seekers, and also cross a marketing channel that real estate brokers and marketers benefit from to market offers and requests.

The disadvantages are that the data and information is not accurate and needs constant updating, there is also randomness in the prices entered in some applications and the quality of the service provided needs development, follow-up and monitoring of the implementation mechanism.
