Humanization projects

New digital services

Under the Customer Experience Improvement Initiative, which aims to improve the customer experience in both the municipal and residential sectors, the Ministry also won six awards, including a gold and five awards in the first edition of the Saudi Customer Experience Award, and in an unprecedented achievement, the user satisfaction rate for digital platforms reached 86% as the complaints rate decreased to 0.9% out of a total volume of 8.5 million requests.

Developing the municipal real estate investment system
With regard to the initiative to develop the municipal real estate investment system, which aims to encourage the private sector, facilitate procedures for investors, enhance the return on municipal assets and optimize the use of resources, it achieved many achievements during 2023, the most prominent of which was the holding of the (Opportunities) Municipal Investment Forum with the participation of 67 entities, which witnessed the announcement of major investment opportunities and the signing of agreements worth more than 12 billion riyals, the launch of more than 30 strategic investment services through the Opportunities portal, in addition to signing more than 5700 contracts by various entities, and enabling 12 entities to present and manage their real estate investment opportunities, and the number of the device <Based on the strategic objective of the program to improve the living conditions of expatriates, the initiative to regulate the housing sector for expatriate workers across the Kingdom has witnessed many achievements implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, including: the completion of work governance mechanisms between the government agencies involved in regulating the sector, and the completion of the privatization of the service of licensing the housing of workers through engineering offices. In addition to activating the beneficiary satisfaction system in all government agencies.
