The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the public offering of Ihsan Endowment Fund units on Thursday, at the request of Al Ahli Financial Company, pointing out that the approval of the offering is not an endorsement of the feasibility of investing in the fund, as the decision means that the statutory requirements have been complied with according to the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

<The CMA said in its statement that the decision to invest without reading the terms and conditions of the fund and studying its content, may involve high risks. Therefore, the investor should read the terms and conditions of the fund, which contain detailed information about the fund, investment strategy and risk factors, and study them carefully to be able to assess whether the investment is feasible or not in light of the associated risks, and if the contents of the terms and conditions cannot be understood, it is preferable to refer to the fund manager for further information.
