His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Haqeel, inaugurated today the <a href="https://amlak.net.Sakani Program, which provides housing solutions and options for Saudi families to enable them to own their homes within easy and facilitated procedures in line with the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - at the headquarters of the Saudi Cultural Attaché in Washington, as part of his official visit to the United States to discuss opportunities for cooperation and partnership between the two countries at the level of the municipal and housing sectors.
The exhibition targets the municipal and housing sectors. <The exhibition, which runs until next Wednesday, targets Saudi families residing in the United States for work or study, to inform them about housing options and financing solutions provided by <a href="https://amlak.net.In cooperation with its partners from the National Housing Company and the Real Estate Development Fund, where the options included (buying ready-made housing units, off-plan residential units in suburbs and integrated residential communities that provide more than just housing, and self-building for those who own land and want to build it themselves, by taking advantage of the various financing support packages The exhibition also introduces the mechanism of eligibility and benefit from the solutions within easy steps through the electronic platform "Sakani" and its advanced digital services, including immediate eligibility, real estate consultant, engineering and interior designs, issuing licenses and other multiple services that facilitate the beneficiaries“ journey and enable them to own their homes.
The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, accompanied by the Saudi Cultural Attaché in the United States of America, Dr. Tahani Al Baez, inspected the exhibition sections and the services offered to visitors, stressing the need to provide integrated services to Saudi families and make all facilities and services available to them, pointing out the Ministry's continuous keenness within the housing program to communicate with beneficiaries to provide services and solutions that meet their aspirations, desires and capabilities.
He then met with the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, accompanied by the Saudi Cultural Attaché in the United States of America, Dr. Tahani Al Baez, to review the services provided to the beneficiaries. After that, the Minister of Municipalities and Housing met with a number of students on scholarship to the United States of America and listened to their views and proposals related to the housing sector, urban development, municipal services and other related topics. He also answered a number of inquiries about current and future plans, programs and initiatives, praising their supportive and enriching ideas, wishing them success in their academic journey and returning home to contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 through various fields and specialties.
