The GRA has announced the start of the work of Real Estate Registration in this phase, which includes the following neighborhoods <The Authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from the Real Estate Registry in this phase include the following neighborhoods: (Al Saada, Al Faihaa, Al Suli, Al Jazeera, Al Nour, Al Aziziyah, Al Masania, Al Mansoura, Al Mansoura (Khanshalila), Al Rimal, King Khalid International Airport, Sidra, Al Bayan, Al Janadriyah, Al Nadim, Al Nadwa, Al Ramaia, Al Safa, Al Farouq), explaining that the neighborhoods were selected according to specific criteria, and the rest of the areas and neighborhoods that will be subject to the real estate registration work in the various regions in the Kingdom will be announced successively in the coming periods.
The CRA indicated that the neighborhoods benefiting from real estate registration in the coming periods are as follows.
<The Real Estate Authority pointed out that the first registration of real estate in these areas will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform: https://rer.sa
or through service centers, noting that in-kind registration requires the existence of a title deed that meets the statutory requirements to complete the registration process. The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the title deed of the property and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, and can inquire about the registration steps through the official platforms of the Authority or by calling the Customer Service Center 199002.
Starting from today, the registration process will be carried out via the electronic real estate registry platform: _COPY
or through the service centers.
Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a “property number” and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered, and the title deed will include property data, descriptions, status, rights and obligations associated with accurate geospatial information to contribute to the enhancement of infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector, as the real estate registration system aims to increase real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
