The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced the pilot launch of the “Sana’i” smartphone app, serving as a new digital platform through which the Ministry provides its e-services and enables its partners and industrial entrepreneurs to develop their facilities and products and track their industrial applications.
The app provides an easy journey for industrial investors, enabling them to join the industry ecosystem and access e-services and incentives. The app also allows users to view details of their facilities, track submitted applications, manage users, and print industrial licenses, It also allows users to directly open a ticket for any inquiry or request, receive notifications regarding them, and access alerts, awareness bulletins, incentives, and more—saving investors time and effort.
It is worth noting that the Ministry is working on a number of significant achievements it will attain through the digital transformation of services provided to investors, facilitating access to them, as well as applications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the automation of industrial facilities. Among the most important of these achievements is transforming the Kingdom into a leading industrial power by promoting innovation and leveraging advanced technologies, and building a competitive and sustainable industrial economy based on the latest innovative manufacturing technologies; thereby contributing to making the Kingdom a hub for attracting quality investments in the industrial and mining sectors, and strengthening its position as a global center for advanced industries.
