<The Public Authority for Real Estate will participate in the 12th Gulf Municipal Work Conference, which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh from October 6 to 8 under the theme “Sustainable Municipal Work ... Ambitions and Challenges”. With the aim of enhancing cooperation and joint efforts, exchanging experiences and knowledge between the GCC countries to improve the quality of municipal services provided to citizens and residents and achieve sustainable urban development in the region. The Authority's participation through its pavilion at the GCC Municipal Work Conference is part of its role in promoting the growth and sustainability of the real estate sector, exploring development opportunities, exchanging expertise and experiences with those working in the sector, discussing future visions on modern trends to build vibrant and modern communities in line with aspirations, as well as introducing the latest developments in the real estate sector and analyzing their impact on the sector and attracting investments and investors.

The Authority's participation comes through its pavilion at the GCC Municipal Work Conference.

The Real Estate Authority will review at the Gulf Municipal Work Conference the system of real estate legislation that includes the “System and Regulations for the Sale and Leasing of Real Estate Projects on the Map“, “Real Estate Brokerage System”, and ”Real Estate Contributions System”, in addition to introducing the rights of customers in the sector and the services of activities that come under the organization of the Authority such as Ejar Program, Real Estate Registry, and the Partners Service Center.

The Real Estate Authority will present the latest developments in the real estate sector and analyze their impact on the sector and attract investments and investors. It is noteworthy that the 12th edition of the Gulf Municipal Work Conference will review the most important research and working papers that address current challenges and modern trends in the development and sustainability of municipal services, through several sessions and panel discussions in which elite government officials, the private sector, experts and specialists in the municipal services sector in the GCC countries participate.
