“Real Estate Registry” launches its e-application to facilitate the journey of beneficiaries

The Real Estate Registry announced the launch of the beta version of its electronic application on smartphones, which comes within the strategy and vision of the Real Estate Registry to develop real estate wealth by digitizing real estate services, facilitating access to real estate information, and enabling beneficiaries to obtain the services of the Real Estate Registry through various digital channels.

The CEO of the Real Estate Registry explained the importance of the application and its vision to develop real estate wealth by digitizing real estate services, providing access to real estate information, and enabling beneficiaries to obtain the services of the Real Estate Registry through various digital channels. Dr. Mohammed Al Sulaiman, CEO of the Real Estate Registry, explained that the launch of the application comes within the efforts of the Real Estate Registry in facilitating the experience of beneficiaries by providing various digital channels in which the Real Estate Registry is closer to the beneficiaries and facilitates their journey in registering properties, executing real estate transactions, and benefiting from the various services provided by the Real Estate Registry.

Sulaiman explained. Sulaiman explained that the launch of the application is in line with the Land Registry's strategy of digital transformation and employing the latest technologies to contribute to the sustainability of the real estate sector, enhance its investment attractiveness, and increase reliability and transparency in the sector, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Sulaiman called on those wishing to take advantage of the application to do so in order to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. He invited those wishing to benefit and access the services of the Real Estate Registry to log in through the Real Estate Registry platform, or download the application through the Apple or Android app store.
