Real Estate Authority signs cooperation agreement with the National Information Technology Development Program (NITDP) to support companies

The Public Authority for Real Estate and the National Information Technology Development Program signed a strategic cooperation agreement yesterday, Sunday, on the sidelines of the opening of Global Proptech Summit, on the sidelines of the opening of the Global Proptech Summit. The cooperation agreement aims to support and enable business accelerators to contribute to accelerating the growth of companies in the field of real estate technology, as part of the accelerator empowerment initiative that seeks to adopt accelerators with the best standards.

Among the objectives of the cooperation agreement is to support and encourage technology companies in the real estate sector, provide the necessary incentives and consultations, enable companies to conduct their business and facilitate their entry into the real estate market through integrated support.

The agreement also aims to provide logistical support for joint projects to develop technical solutions, exchange information and studies to develop and improve services in the real estate sector, and organize workshops and training sessions to qualify workers in the real estate sector in line with market requirements

The Summit witnessed a number of launches and agreements that serve the real estate technology sector, including the announcement by the General Real Estate Authority to launch the Saudi Proptech Center to be the main channel for innovation in real estate technologies in the Kingdom, in addition to a cooperation agreement between the Real Estate Authority and the National Information Technology Development Program to establish strategic cooperation between the two parties to attract accelerators that adopt global best practices, support and encourage technology companies in the real estate sector and provide incentives and consultations to them and enable them to conduct their business.“

The sessions of the ”Summit“ will discuss the real estate technology sector. The two-day ”Summit“ sessions will discuss the legislative system for real estate technology, innovation and entrepreneurship in the future of real estate technology, the power of 3D printing technology from plan to reality, the role of virtual reality and artificial intelligence in creating the future of real estate and automating its processes and services, in addition to talking about ”Proptech" solutions in urban development and making smarter decisions that contribute to the development of investments and enhance financial sustainability.

The "Summit" was accompanied by a real estate technology exhibition that included the participation of a group of innovative startups, real estate platforms, local and international technology, through which they review real estate technology innovations and the next generation, experiences and future visions of the industry in light of rapid technological progress in order to enhance the achievement of the strategic directions of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and its leadership in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

The summit was accompanied by a real estate technology exhibition that included the participation of a group of innovative companies, real estate platforms, and local and international technology. It is noteworthy that the Global Proptech Summit comes in conjunction with the booming Saudi real estate market, which makes it more demanding for innovative solutions that meet the needs and requirements of the rapid population growth, smart city initiatives and ambitious development projects witnessed in various regions of the Kingdom to build modern and sustainable urban communities.
