Real estate registration for 87,318 plots in Dammam city and Al Khobar governorate begins

<The Real Estate Registry has announced the start of receiving applications for the first in-kind registration of 87,318 pieces of real estate for (26) neighborhoods in the city of Dammam and (14) neighborhoods in Al Khobar Governorate. <The Real Estate Registration in the city of Dammam includes the following neighborhoods: (the remainder of Al Shala, First Industrial, Waha, Taiba, Al Nozha, Al Firdaus, Al Rawdah, Al Faisaliah, Tihama, Al Montazah, Al Jameyin, Al Iskan, Al Rayyan, Al Nahda, Abdullah Fouad, Workers City, Al Manar, Ibn Khaldun, Al Amal, Telecom, Basateen, Hajar, Anwar, Al Nada, Al Merikbat, Gulf Palace), while the registration includes the following neighborhoods in Al Khobar Governorate: Al Khobar: (Half Moon Beach, Al Kawthar, Al Aqeeq, Al Sven, Al Marjan, Al Raja, Al Raja, Al Shifaa, Al Sawari, Al Pearl, Al Maha, Al Maha, Al Amwaj, Al Shira'a, Al Dura, Al Bahira).

Owners of properties located within the scope of the neighborhoods benefiting from the Land Registry must register their properties before the end of February 6, 2025, corresponding to 7 Sha'ban 1446 AH, and maps identifying the areas declared for registration can be viewed through the Land Registry platform.

Real Estate Registry invited property owners to register their properties through the real estate registry platformrer.sa and contact the customer service center 199002, to inquire about the registration procedures and steps. Property owners must register their properties within the specified period to benefit from the services of the Real Estate Registry, carry out real estate transactions easily and easily, and avoid the penalties and fines specified by the Real Estate Registration System.

The Real Estate Registry stressed that the real estate owners should register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform. The Real Estate Registry confirmed that it continues its work in registering real estate in the areas benefiting from the real estate registry as part of its efforts to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by building a comprehensive real estate registry for real estate information in the Kingdom, which is a unified reference for all real estate data.

The Real Estate Registry will be issued by the Real Estate Registry. The real estate registry will issue a “property number” and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner data, descriptions, status, rights and obligations and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.

The General Authority for Real Estate (G.A.R.E.) has been a key player in the real estate sector in the Kingdom. <The General Authority for Real Estate had announced the identification of (26) neighborhoods in Dammam city and (14) neighborhoods in Al Khobar governorate within the declared areas for the first in-kind registration, in the real estate registry platform, which is determined according to several criteria and based on the role of the Authority as the competent authority for the in-kind registration of real estate in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the real estate registration system. The National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) will carry out the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using geospatial data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
