The second edition of the world’s largest real estate exhibition, “Cityscape Global,“ at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh. The event is scheduled to run through November 14 under the theme “The Future of Living,” sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in partnership with the General Real Estate Authority and the Housing Program —one of the programs under Saudi Vision 2030—and organized by “Tahaluf,“ a joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones; the global company ”Informa“; and the Events Investment Fund, along with founding partners: the National Housing Company, NEOM, Roshen, New Square, the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Masar Destination, and Al-Dir’iya.
The exhibition is offering visitors four free residential plots from Asas Real Estate, in addition to other free residential units, along with gifts worth over 10,000,000 riyals from Sakani, including a car, special discounts, and exclusive offers, The exhibition also features financing solutions with a minimum profit margin of 2.59%, more than 100,000 residential units with multiple ownership options, and two residential apartments from Al-Awali Real Estate in the ”Akam – Makkah Hills“ project in collaboration with the National Housing Company, and 1,500,000 riyals in prizes for the winners of the Roshen Hackathon Challenge.
The exhibition will feature a select group of experts, including: Mohammed Al-Bati, CEO of the National Housing Company; Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Al-Dir’iya Group; Jerry Inzerillo; Michael Dyke, CEO of Al-Murabba Development; Jane McGivern, CEO of Al-Masar Sports Foundation; Andre Subchak, Secretary General of EUROCITIES; and many other speakers.
This year’s edition of the exhibition features the Real Estate Investors Forum, which hosts 150 investors from 22 countries. The forum aims to strengthen cooperation on investment projects, serving as a key hub for opportunities and investment.
It is worth noting that Cityscape Global is a major global investment destination; the exhibition concluded its first edition in the Kingdom with investments exceeding 110,000,000,000 riyals.
