The delegations interacted with several pioneering development projects and initiatives reviewed by the Ministry at the forum, including the Bahja project, which aims to increase green spaces and parks and improve the quality of life in Saudi cities, in addition to the most prominent modern technologies and innovations used in detecting visual distortion and supporting the humanization of cities.

<The Municipalities and Housing Pavilion showcased infrastructure development projects and efforts to shift to the concept of smart municipal applications through the "Baladi" application, which contributed to raising the quality of municipal services and facilitating access to destinations and landmarks for residents and visitors to Saudi cities.
The visitors were briefed on the Ministry's efforts to develop the Kingdom's urban communities and increase the percentage of residential ownership to about 64% by providing diverse and high-quality housing units within integrated residential neighborhoods, as well as diversifying financing options.
The Ministry's efforts to transform the concept of smart municipal applications through the “Baladi” application, which has contributed to raising the quality of municipal services. The municipalities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Baha, Al Ahsa and the Eastern Province reviewed the most prominent municipal projects adopted by the Ministry to promote urban development, in addition to the participation of the Ministry's agencies for housing support, urban planning and land, stimulating housing supply and real estate development, development housing, digital transformation, privatization and sustainability.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is also participating in the event. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is participating through a national pavilion led by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing with the participation of more than 30 national governmental and private entities, which includes an area for meetings, workshops and dialog sessions, signing platforms, a VIP area and pavilions of participating national entities.
