The private housing development organization “Sakan” that it has helped provide more than 2,479 beneficiaries from the most housing-needy families in the Tabuk region with adequate housing by the end of the third quarter of 2024, thereby helping to meet the needs of a number of eligible families and sustaining charitable giving in the Kingdom.
The Secretary-General of the “Sakan” Foundation, Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Kuraidis, expressed his gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Tabuk Region, for the support and empowerment the Foundation received from His Highness for the “Joud Tabuk” campaign.
He said: “With the support and empowerment of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, we at the “Sakan” Foundation take pride in our contribution to empowering 2,479 beneficiaries from the families most in need of housing in the Tabuk region, an achievement that reflects our ongoing efforts, together with our partners—donors, supporters, and individuals—to provide innovative and sustainable housing solutions tailored to the needs of eligible families and ensuring them a dignified life.”

The Community-Based Developmental Housing Foundation “Sakan” is a civil society organization whose Board of Trustees is chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, It seeks to stimulate community giving and participation through innovative initiatives, including the “Jood Al-Iskan” initiative and the “Hal for Housing Innovation” initiative, through which “Sakan” works to lead and empower the nonprofit housing sector to provide sustainable solutions.
