
Riyadh- Deem Bin Dahish: Under the patronage of H.E. Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing Ihab Ghazi Al-Hashani, the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences, Saudi Urban and Real Estate Forum and Exhibition, the fourth 2025, at King Saud University in Riyadh, from January 14-16, in the presence of His Excellency the Acting President of King Saud University and the General Supervisor of the Scientific Societies Department, Dr. Mohammed Al-Obaida.
This year's event will take place over three days. For three days, the forum witnessed the participation of a number of academics, contractors, real estate and officials in the public and private sectors, to discuss modern theories and future challenges, exchange experiences locally and globally, and work to strengthen the relationship and global cooperation between the participants.

The dialog sessions witnessed the review of scientific papers, which addressed a number of topics in development and economy, urging the development of scientific research, creating partnerships that reflect the development of the urban and real estate sector and its harmony with the national identity and encouraging community innovation. The forum attracted a group of experts, investors and leading real estate companies, as the exhibition carried in its wings a variety of real estate offers, which varied between residential, commercial and tourism projects, and represented a golden opportunity for those wishing to invest in the Saudi real estate sector, and the exhibition promotes the stimulation of economic growth in the Kingdom; by attracting foreign direct investment in the real estate sector, and enhancing the role of the private sector in driving development.
